Part II

Evolence is unlike other dermal fillers that use hypaluronic acid; therefore, pre-administering skin tests are not necessary. And according to Dr. Lorenc a patient can be injected and not appear overly bruised, swollen, or red, making it debut as the newest and latest 'lunch hour' dermal filler favorite.  Women will be buzzing on this one, for certain.

Its use in a number of countries overseas, particularly in Israel since 2004, shows long term results and lasting improvement with no down side.  Though some US physicians prefer to 'wait and see' Dr. Lorenc is confident of Evolence's safety.  Having headed clinical research for Restylane and maintaining a upper crust Park Avenue practice demands the very finest of scrutiny by Dr. Lorenc, yet he doesn't budge in his safety and efficacy assurance of the new filler.

Primed as the perfect filler for the nasolabial folds around the mouth, Dr. Lorenc says the minimal 5-6 months lasting effect adds convenience to the distinguished new bovine filler's list of benefits.  My research shows some claim up to 1 year. Time will tell.

It requires no refrigeration making storage life longer for medical offices.

There are two different versions: Evolence and Evolence Breeze.  Evolence Breeze is designed for fine lines of the perioral region. Unlike other collagen fillers, Evolence requires specific correction to the desired contour or volume, freeing the administering physician of sketchy guesswork.

So check with your favorite Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist. This new filler is here to stay. Self education is a huge part of the process.

Life is beautiful ~ so are you.  See you on the radio,

    • Thank you for this advice. I have had lines around my mouth since I was quite young. I believe that they are result of always drinking from a straw. Please do correct me if I am wrong.

Would you get this dermal filler on yourself? I am terrified of trying it, unless I have seen some real results.
