I am proud to introduce 3 key leaders at Max International- Peter Nordberg, CEO, Mike Larkins, President and Joe Voyticky, CFO

Max has one of the most exceptional management teams of any company- in any industry.  Great ideas/products can only succeed with great leaders.

Peter Nordberg - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Nordberg has over 25 years of sales, operations and executive management experience predominantly in the high technology field ranging from start-up organizations to privately and publicly held multi-billion dollar organizations. Prior to MAX, Mr. Nordberg was the Managing Director of privately held NorthRock Partners, an enterprise technology consultancy primarily focused on start-up organizations and building organizations to scale on a worldwide basis.

Mr. Nordberg was also a member of the Board of Directors of Propero Ltd. a venture-backed (3i) virtualization technology company headquartered in London, England. Mr. Nordberg has also provided assistance to various venture capital firms performing due diligence for evaluation of investment or providing strategy or execution assistance to VC funded portfolio companies. Prior to NorthRock, Mr. Nordberg was President and CEO of venture backed CrossCommerce, which provided a “sell side” SAAS based application suite to Fortune 1000 manufacturers. Prior to CrossCommerce, Mr. Nordberg was President of WebLogic; an enterprise software start-up based in San Francisco where he grew the organization by helping close the first 200 enterprise customers while closing two rounds of funding. WebLogic was acquired by BEA Systems for $200M and currently carries a multi-billion dollar market cap.

Mr. Nordberg has also been a speaker at industry related events such as Venture One, Enterprise Outlook, Java One and various Java User Groups throughout North America. Mr. Nordberg has also held executive sales and management positions with Computer Associates (Divisional Vice President), Ingres/The ASK Group (Vice President of North America, and AT&T (Regional Manager).

Mike Larkins - President

Mike Larkins joined Max International in March 2008 bringing with him over 25 years of sales and executive management experience. His unique abilities have been demonstrated in the areas of corporate leadership, international expansion and start-up enterprises. In his career he has successfully brought together the right people, right strategy and the right operational systems to help companies grow and reach their potential.

Mike has a rich educational background in both business and international studies which includes a BA in Business Administration and Asian Studies, an MPA with a specialty in Organizational Behavior and PhD studies in Business Administrations.

As a member of the Senior Executive Team at FranklinCovey, Mikes strategic contribution helped grow the company from $1 million in sales to $800 million over his 14-year tenure. He founded a sales division that focused primarily on MLM companies and developed customized productivity systems for their distributors. He and his team launched distribution and operations in more than 15 countries.

Mike is currently serving on the board of a local community bank and has served as CEO of two other companies.

As President of Max International, Mike will continue to guide the company into global markets with what he refers to as “rational exuberance.” Mike has lived in Japan for six years and his understanding of the culture and fluency in the Japanese language will be invaluable in introducing Max International into the worlds largest market.

Joe Voyticky - Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Max, Joe spent 14 years as a finance lawyer in New York City. He worked at several internationally known law firms, including Hunton & Williams, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, Bingham McCutchen, Allen & Overy, and Pepper Hamilton. While working as a finance lawyer, Joe was the lead lawyer on many complex finance transactions, including leverage leases, synthetic lease deals, credit facilities, acquisitions, and securitizations. Joe was introduced to Max in late 2008 where he was the lead counsel for many of Maxs corporate initiatives.

Joe spent his childhood split between Brooklyn, New York, and Cobleskill, New York. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School (1985), Union College (1989), and Harvard Law School (1992). He is an avid runner, golfer, and tennis player.
