exersize here I come!

What a great day when I start it out by getting motivated and exersizing.  

  My weigh in date is not really until tomorrow however, I just couldn’t help myself and had to step on the scale..I only lost .6 of a pound...You know Every little bit helps. Not the total of what I was hoping for this week but I will take it!  

  I am seeing the numbers go down lower than it has in yrs  and that is such a great feeling!  

  I am really into trying to get this lifestyle change to be a good thing for me. I noticed I am not as tired as when I eat all the surgary foods and that crash of energy is not missed what so ever, it was like a rollcoaster of energy.  

  I have been drinking lot’s of water and am kinda surprised that I only lost such a small amount, not to get discouraged but to just keep going and I realize the exersizing is a real way to get things moving and the numbers to go down.  

  I am on my way for a power walk as soon as the girls get dropped off at school. estatic
