North Americans are definitely experiencing a health crisis. Is it any wonder that we are seeing a sicker and more overweight society as Dr. Becky Natrajan, board-certified Gastroenterologist, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine noted?

Eating Healthy Foods and Often!
