1-Meditating 20 min/day for 23 days in the month
2-Exercising 40 min/day for 20 days in the month
3-Trying 2 new recipes during the month
4-Write at least one blog a week on Fab40
5-Consecrate at least 3 hours a week on my book
6-No munching, max 3 meals a day for at least 21 days in the month
