About Me:
As you can see from my pictures - there have been some really big changes in my life! At 62 I was really over weight, feeling terrible and not living life to it’s fullest. I have been heavy all my life and tried all the diets and exercise programs out there. Nothing helped for very long. Might loose some weight but would put it right back on. Always feeling tired and old!!!
I started looking for some natural products - had heard of some really good results from a few friends and thought I’d give it a try - what did I have to loose.
Well, I am so happy I did!!! I feel great!!! I have lost weight, sleep better, have tons of energy, no aches and pains, that foggy head feeling gone, my cholestoral is below 200 for the first time ever, and I’m regrowing cartalege in my knees!!!! Am actually exercising on a regular basis now that I don’t get dizzy and have pain in my knees. Now how’s that for 64 years old!?!?! I’m so sorry it took me so long - I feel better and better every day!
