So you‘re up at daybreak and you’ve given thanks to God for a new day (right?) and now what. Your mind swirls around all the things you have to do. Stop right there. First things first.

Take a look at yourself in the mirror and smile. Then hug yourself REAL tight! You may have others to give you those hugs too but there’s nothing like showing yourself some love. Follow this up with a big inhale and slow exhale (Remember Waiting to Exhale?).  

This is the first step to getting your mojo back. You have to love yourself first or everything else just falls around you and you get so caught up that sometimes you feel like you‘re just here to do, do, do and you don’t feel the love.
