So last summer I did a 5 day a week fitness bootcamp and it just about killed me.. So I decided to take the plunge and do it again.. This time I am doing it first thing in the morning, and I noticed that I have a ton of energy throughout the day which is really great.  I gained about 30 pounds within the past 2 years, so I really want to try to work that off, as I did not lose any during the last boot camp.  I was not very dedicated with my diet program.  This time I am vowing to stick to things and really give it all I have. and are recommended by the instructor to help with the diet plan, and also are easy to put the app on my phone as well.  I think I am going with sparkpeople.  There is a lot to check out, but as long as I just don't overwhelm myself, and take my time reading the info I should be ok with it.  Anyway, the bootcamp is three days a week, for an hour a day.  Soooo, Jersey shore here I come!! My friend and I are taking our daughters there on vacation in June, so I am looking forward to getting in better shape and fitting into my summer outfits again Yeee Haaa!!!!!
