I run into these things sometimes when I am bloghopping in the wee hours of the morning. I sat and read, and cried. I was sexually abused as a child - more than once, by more than one person. The guy’s post about memories really made me realize how deep I’ve buried mine, and how just a few words could make them all float back to the surface.
It is not the journey, but the way we respond to it that makes us who we are. I am so encouraged to see women (and men) stepping up and speaking out. It is cathartic, and empowering!
