While you are hanging out by the pool, simply spray or dampen your hair with water. Then take a big blob of the treatment in the jar and work it into your hair. If you have long hair, bring it up into a knot and clip it to the back of your head. Later, simply shampoo and run through your quick conditioner before you go out. You can even leave it in when you go to bed. If you do wear it to bed, place a hand towel over your pillow. The next day, simply shampoo it out and run a quick conditioner through your hair.
