Here's another example of regret. Plastic surgery doesn't always provide the results one is seeking and neither will injections that plump and paralyze. If you want a younger looking, prettier face, stick with [Link Removed]It's proven, it's easy and best of all it works!

For decades her full glossy pout has been her most alluring asset.
But French beauty Emmanuelle Béart has now confessed it is surgically enhanced.
The acclaimed actress is now campaigning to raise awareness about the problems of having cosmetic procedures – after hers went wrong.

Botched: Emmanuelle Beart's tainted looks are clearly evident at the 36th Deauville Film Festival opening ceremony in France

'I had my mouth done when I was 27. It was a botched job,' she told Le Monde.

'Obviously, if I had liked my mouth I wouldn't have had it re-done.

'If a man or woman has something redone it is because he or she can no longer live with that part of their body, it is no longer bearable.

'Either they get help and find the strength to fight [the need to have plastic surgery] or they proceed with the act.'

There has long been speculation the 47-year-old has had some cosmetic procedures.

But this is the first time she has confirmed it and admitted how early she had work done.

Bad move: The actress has gone from a natural beauty in 1991 to her current irreparable state

Miss Béart made her name aged just 23 in the celebrated French language film Manon des Sources, which was an international success.

She went on to star alongside Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible.

The actress has always been hailed as one of the world's great beauties.

In 2003, aged 40, she posed nude on the beach for Elle magazine – the issue was its biggest seller.

Miss Béart said she was "profoundly affected" by having plastic surgery and would not consider it again.

She added: 'It is a grave act in which you don't necessarily foresee all the consequences.

'Just the idea of an injection these days devastates me. So I don't know how I will get through these stages [of middle and old age).'

The star said she was not critical of other women that sought cosmetic fixes because often the issue was about "that person lacking confidence".

She admitted that working in film was an added pressure to maintain your looks as the years pass.

Beyond repair: Emmanuelle will never look the same again

She explained: 'It is not easy to grow old in this business, when you are a woman above all, in the cinema.'

Miss Béart one of a number of high-profile woman to succumb to the "trout pout", joining the likes of Leslie Ash, Saffron Burrows, Britt Ekland, Melanie Griffiths and Meg Ryan.

Her comments on the dangers of plastic surgery come in the wake of the PIP implant scandal.

Thousands of women, including many in Britain, have been left fearing for their lives after it was found the company's implants were filled with cheaper industrial-grade silicon rather than the medical-grade silicon.

Last December, health officials in Paris recommended that all the implants should be surgically removed.

British health secretary Andrew Lansley has also ordered a review of the possible dangers, urging concerned women to visit their GPs.

Miss Béart, who has two children from two relationships, now lives in Belgium.

She is well known for her charity work – she is a UN ambassador and has campaigned to raise awareness about child exploitation and hunger in South East Asia.
