BREATHE!  Today is friday and the week is winding down. You owe it to yourself to stop a moment and breathe. Find yourself a quiet place if only for 1 minute and inhale deep and slow. Feel every part of your Diaphram enlarging with air. Feel it really meditate on the majesty of you. How awesome you were created. Then when you cant take in anymore air exhale slowly again exploring the strategic way in which the air travels back out into the world around you. Notice that when you stop and do that even one time how much stress you relieve.  When I stop in the middle of busi-ness a ton of stuff just seems to peel away from me and I get a second wind. I am reminded of a song that I love called 'Im desperate for you' This song talks about God being the air that I breathe and how desperate I am for HIM.  Today remember to breathe and release somethings out into the atmosphere. For Gods yoke is easy and HIS burdens are light. Allow Him today to help you breathe. I love you and make it a wonderful FRIDAY
