As I sit here sipping my green tea, I truly realize this is the first time in my life I am paying attention to my weight.  I don’t know... no... I do know, what has happened in the last year I have gained about 30 lbs.  I eat EVERYTHING and more often than not second helpings. :) I wouldn’t want that food to go to waste. lol  

In the last couple weeks I have been out walking more and riding my bike indoors.  Plus, I removed Mt Dew and replaced it with my new beverage of choice green tea, that still gives me caffeine without all the sugar.  More salads, and fruits less chocolate.  

March 1, 2011 I weighed 175 lbs.

Today I am at 172 lbs. Which makes me happy, seeing that the changes I have incorporated have made a difference.

I did some thinking and my goal of 145 by November is very do-able.
