Nothing is better than giving of yourself to make your other problems seem so small.

In this,
this July 17,18, and 19th, I am walking 60 miles as part of the 3 Day walk for Breast Cancer awareness.  My aunt Judi, who is my team captain is a breast cancer survivor.  Her daughter invited me to walk with them.  This walk is in celebration of my Aunt Judi’s life and for women like you and I who work hard.  This walk is to raise monies to support breast cancer research.  When someone has breast cancer, we are all victims—families, friends, everyone is affected.

I am going to encourage several things.... one be active, eat nutritiously, and support a cause in some way... walking to raise money, supporting someone who is, doing something to improve.
