My problem isnt so much excuses...its procrastination. I can sit here all day saying...I'll do it in a minute...in a minute...in a minute...and sometimes I never DO IT. Im working on remedying this...and instead of saying..I'll exercise in a minute...I say...NO, You are going to exercise RIGHT NOW! What are your thoughts? (I been trying to remedy the exercise situation by walking the 2 acres once a day on my land)... how do you get exercise each day? [Link Removed]

    • Aaaahhhh Jackie! I just get up and go. I tell myself that if after 15 min I still don’t want to then I will stop. I usually don’t stop but giving myself that permission doesnt make it so bad. And besides my health and well being requires me to do it!

    • I agree with Vikki.  Saying it doesn’t help - I’ve been there. You just have to move your body - dance, leg lifts, run after your kids, whatever.  Take baby steps, 1 min becomes 2 min, then 5 min, 10 min, and in time you will surprise yourself because you want to keep going. This is how I did it and it worked.  But remember don’t quit because this is your lifestyle now.

      Good luck!
