pic           I just read an article on [Link Removed] that says some scientists are starting to re-think the importance coffee plays in slowing the onset of Alzheimer's and other types of dementias. Plus, it may even restore congnitive functioning to a certain degree.

I'm a huge coffee drinker, and finally someone's come out with something good to say about it! We all know these studies seem to change from minute to minute, but this was published by a reputable journal, the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease   , and a lot of top notch scientists worked on it, then shared their results.

They also suggested that “caffeine may be protective against Parkinson’s disease.”

Love you, dear Sisters.
Namaste,
Suzann
