I love traveling and shopping in the BIG CITY. There is so much variety to be found.

Yesterday my older daughter and I shopped at a store that sells items including food for $.99 A few items were even purchased for less than $.99! I’ve shopped here before and the fruits and veggies are very fresh. Some of the products are brand names-(bn).

Here are my purchases for a GRAND TOTAL of $23.13:
2 dz medium grade AA eggs
2-2 liter sodas (bn)
1 lettuce
1 onion
2 tomatillos
1 bag chili peppers
1 bag baby carrots
2 1/2 lbs red potatoes
3 pot pies (bn)
3 frozen BBQ sandwiches- tried one, it was delicious!
1 can air freshner spray (bn)
2 cans corn
2 cans sweet peas
1 box loaded mashed potatoes (bn)
1 box cupcake mix (bn)
1 box spicy chicken batter (bn)
1 bottle dishwashing liquid (bn)
1 can spray starch
1 reusable tote bag
1 crochet hook

- Here they are called Dollar Tree. Yes, you get great buys there too, but not fresh veggies. So what’s for dinner? Thanks for sharing.

- I snapped a pic of the sign when we came out of the store. We also have Dollar Tree and Dollar General in our town along with another 99 cent store (no food). Family Dollar is a few miles away in another nearby city.
