Go green with your health?

What does that mean?  

Be holistic, natural, go back to some basics even.  Now don’t get me wrong, a bypass surgery needs to be done if the doctors say so but clogged arteries don’t necessarily need Lipitor...there is Red Yeast Rice capsules and the same exercise and healthy eating.  

There are various things you can do with your health from the easy Green Tea, which you can get anywhere to so natural nutrition supplements like fish oil, liquid iron, and calcium magnesium.
