    • That was really cute! I know my husband does not understand all of this and he really tries. He does offer as much empathy as he can. Once, though, he really got some brownie points. He walked into the room to see me, wrapped in a towel, sobbing, sweat dripping from my forehead. I had just gotten out of a cool shower and was trying to get myself ready to go out to some sort of a function we had to go to. I couldn’t even put on my makeup because my face was so wet. He grabbed a large box fan, set a chair up in front of it, kissed my forehead and told me he’d be waiting to go whenever I was ready and we didn’t even have to go if I didn’t want to.
