Yes, you have to change your lifestyle in order to keep the weight off.  Diets to not work!  There are so many things that are delicious and so good for you.  Get creative, check out some healthy recipe websites.  Check out the movie FoodMatters.  It is an eye opener!  Do you know that 50% of all deaths in the nation are from some sort of cardiovascular disease?  Guess what the first symptom is out of 50% of those deaths?   Go ahead, think,  no it is not pain in the arm, headaches, heart palpitations, are you is DEATH.  Death is the first symptom.  I know, aren’t I the party killer! You know, so many people complain that it is too expensive too eat healthy.  I say that is such BS!!!!  For one, when you eat food that you need, you get the nutrition that you need.  When you get the nutrition that you need, you do not crave the junk! You do not want to buy the junk!  At parties, you can turn down seconds.  It really is enlightening and empowering. It takes 21 days to change a habit, try eating healthy for 21 days and see how you feel physically and mentally. I invite all of you between Thanksgiving and Christmas to eat as healthy as possible.  Be conscious of your food choices.  Even celery and almond butter can be a satisfying snack!  Try it you might like it!  Would you rather pay the organic farmer, or would you rather pay your doctor.  Get your nutrition! So many diseases are nutritionally deficient realted. YOU CAN DO IT!
