You know-if you read my blog on the “other” side-the last week has just been plain AWFUL.

My cooking has been completely “kid” orientated.  Even if DGS #1 has decided that pasta in any form is “disgusting, grandma“.

I’m keeping it healthy.  SIL was told, clearly, that he’s either got to do a 180 and change everything about how he lives or it’s the worst alternative for him.

Pretty sure you’ll be hearing how I try to make a dinner without any green food (vitamin K is a no-no for heart patients), no salt and numerous other experiences to come.  

Hopefully none include a heart transplant.

Keeping up my writing assignments this past week has NOT been easy.  Okay-except for doing an interview (which I wrote the questions for as I sat there for the lecture) and needing to do some reading and more question writing for right now-I’ve barely done anything professional since all this chaos began.

Please-cook and bake with your future health in mind.  I’ve always done it.  But that said, I’ve always loved my greens-so I’m going to do a few changes when the family comes over as well.

That’s okay-we all need to protect our hearts.
