This is is a short post to test out the blogging system here.

I am interested in helping other Ladies Living Large  and desiring to be Healthy.

Any woman who has been overweight  for most of her life already knows how to diet and already knows how to sweat to the oldies.

So why the Yo-yo dieting?  Successful weight loss  then gaining it all back shortly after getting off the diet.

I understand what that frustration and desperation feels like.

I finally have been able to come to a point in my life where I have "given up" on weight loss  and am focusing on lifetyle changes.

The important focus is on the Slight Edge (by Jeff Olson).  Just a penny’s worth a day, consistently over time, will add up to a great fortune.

If you can commit to a Penny's Worth  of loving yourself and changing just one small habit a day, you will find that your body WILL change.
