Just checkin in to say Hello! I have been working alot...tell me again Why I wanted to be a realtor??? Tough times my friends...tough times...lots of work with not lots of pay! But..these times too shall pass! And I will be a real estate whiz...lmao!
Anyway...everyone is good, all working alot...hubby is working both jobs, I am working, my 3 oldest are working and or going to school, my 2 youngest are in full weight training for football off season. We are settled into a nice routine that will gladly get spoiled when summer arrives and just as we settle into a summer routine our Irish guests will arrive and once again gladly interrupt “normal” ( whatever that is)

Sooo..not too much from me..Just wanted to check in and say Hello!
Have a wonderful week!
Talk soon,
Friends,
Ree

    • I am glad you are working and are busy.  Remember, sales is a number game.  The more you show homes to, the probability of one or few buying is higher than none.  So work will pay off.  Be kind, be gentle, be honest (which I know you are already).... they may walk off of not buying, just make sure to have them promise you “when everything is right, will you allow me to help you again?”

Get a good handshake, with a smile say “I’d like to keep in touch with everyone I come in contact for they become friends to me.  May I do that to you?”  Once they said “Yes” then ask “How often can I contact you without being intrusive?  How?  I like a 5 mins PR call to my friends.”
If they say Yes, make sure you follow up....

Much love, thoughts and success to you.

    • Hey Ladies...thank you for the great positive words! I am positive even in this negative market, I am learning something every day. My hubby is my rock..he keeps telling me how great I am going to do once “this” breaks!
Angelcart...I do have other skills, but they are not marketable...(well not legally, except maybe in Nevada...LOL tongue out Just kidding!) Anyway...have a Great day everyone! I have been up since 6:30 doing work from home and moms taxi service, soon hubby heads off then I hit the showers and am ....off to work!
      Blessings!

    • Good to hear that you‘re keeping a positive outlook. I have to agree with what everyone else is saying...just keep doing what you‘re doing and it’ll pay off. I know for us, we‘re looking to buy within a year or so and it’ll be that realtor who treats us that way that we’ll go looking for when we‘re ready to actually buy.  I do hope things ease for you soon...heck, for all of us as this economy thing is v tight and scary for everyone.

    • Oh gosh.  I certainly hope I didn’t come across the wrong way!  I was just commenting on how he’s glad he has the DJ‘ing and Bartending to fall back on.  He doesn’t have a spouse to supplement his income and home sales are really down.  Our good friends just moved and their home is on the market.  She’s “stunned” that it hasn’t sold yet.....I told her “have you been watching the news?“....plus they have it priced way too high.   Waiting on this to pass too, we have some lots we want to sell.  Have a good dayhappy
