Homeless Children Stick living Motels in the Wealthiest areas. This happens to be some of the poorest kids living in one of the richest counties in the nation. One in 40 children experience homelessness in America each year, this is a hub about the area I grew up in, Orange county California, located between San Diego and Long Beach which backs up to Los Angeles. Orange County is a place where the wealthiest people live. It's not about who you are, how you feel, it's all about what you have; cars, boats, big houses on the bay, not to mention having your own boat slip, money rules in this community and when you are raised this way it's how you

It is heart wrenching - last Sunday the homepage of You Tube was given over to Mark Horvath who runs Invisible People TV who has been doing a fabulous job about raising awareness on homeless people this is where I saw Brianna and we became friends

    • Thinking about that brought back some childhood memories....We were poor—what they now call the “working poor“, I guess.  But even when we were short on food or other things, we had a piece of property and a trailer house my parents had bought when times were better.  I really feel for these kids, and for the parents who are working so hard.  (Not those doing  drugs—how can they do that to teir kids?!)

    • so very sad but there is homelessness in other places of wealth as well, but in stead of our government trying to help and clean up our own backyards they opt to reach out to other countries to help them when we can’t even help our own, ok don’t get me started tongue outworried

    • heartbreakYes I hear you load in clear, our own back yards, are unseenu poor children and the elder...the money goes into to the banking companys as well as the auto industry.  Also, we send so much money to other country when they have any major tragedy.  The money is need right here at home, everyone must get involved in one project to help this world.  Just one major project to help others in need.  Thank you so much for your awesome comments and most of all for reading about the motel children...love Darski
