One of my specialties is helping women balance their hormones so they can feel better, look younger, and even lose weight.
How do you know if YOU have low hormones?
Well, a sure sign is if you experience any of the following symptoms:  

  • Your mood changes unpredictably or you‘re depressed

    • I wish I could. I’ll be working during that time. We have a three hour time difference in Hawaii. My symptoms are slowly going away as I approach the end of peri menopause but the hot flashes still come, sometimes very intense.

      Will there be a way to access the webcast later on?
