I just want to share and this is how I do it.

At Edit Profile, the last tab “setting“, I checked all of them.  So, it means every time, if one of you, the fabulously sisters here, Private Message me or write up a note on my profile, I will get an automatically email notification from fabulously40.  If I make a comment on a blog, a question, I also subscribe (the system default to subscribe anyhow).  So if anyone further comment, I will also get notification.

Some will say “Ah, that’s too much mail.”  Yes and if you have a way to organize that, it actually becomes handy.

I set up a gmail account.  So I advise Fab to notify me to my gmail account.

At Gmail, there is a rule or create a filter.  First I create a Tab or Folder call Fabulously40.  Then by using the filter, I advise gmail whenever it receives messages from, skip the inbox and move into Fabulously40 folder.

So my inbox will never be cluttered from fab40.  I later go back to Fab40 folder if I need to search anything.  One good thing about that is if some members (not my friend yet) comments on an old blog or subject, it will pop up again and so I will not miss.

Also, I apply this filter method to all my friends.  They all have a folder,  It will automatically file under their name.  If it is in a folder with new messages, the folder will be bold so I know there are messages there to read.  This way, I do not have to spend time in moving messages from inbox to filing all the times.

I hope this help.
