How good are you at managing change?
Whether we like it or not we are stuck with it and those who embrace it are more likely to find success.Wait for it to find you and you may be caught wrongfooted!

Just pause for a moment and think how many things do you exactly the same way, every day?
Drive the same route every morning?
Cook similar meals every week?
Shop at the same stores?
Dress yourself in the same order? By which I don’t mean put your knickers on over your trousers but always putting your watch on after your clothes, or always starting with a particular leg when putting on socks or pantyhose, foot for a shoe etc.  

Have you ever tried varying your routine? I think you’ll find it hard, we are such creatures of habit. But give it a go, and see what happens!
