The beautiful breast is a big advantage for the female figure. A man can forgive a woman with a beautiful breast. The exercises, pouring of cold water and masks ensure the success in the maintaining of a beautiful breast.
If you want to improve the shape of the breast, you should understand what a woman's breast is. Women's breast consists of the mammary gland, fat layer and the pectoral muscle. We can influence on the pectoral muscle. Performing a complex of moves for the breast regularly, you can increase this part of the body on the one size in the volume. You should perform this complex of the exercises for a month 3 times per week. At the end of the month you should change the moves, as they will cause habituation of the muscles.
Before workouts you should warm-up about 15 minutes. It will prepare the cardiovascular system for working in an extreme tempo. Use a treadmill for it. Necessarily warm up the muscles of the breast by a circular motion.

Exercise 1. Lying down with body bar (or barbell)
For this workouts you need body bar (for beginners) or barbell (for experts). Contraindications for this exercise may be a hernia of the abdominal muscles, poor press or sick wrist. You should consult with the doctor before making these exercises.
Starting position: Lying on a bench separate the legs to the side and press the feet to the floor. Hands clasp a body bar (barbell) at a distance of the width of the shoulders. It is important that line of a wrist would be straight. Body bar (barbell) in the initial position lies on the chest and the hands holding the body bar are near the shoulders. An abdomen is tense.
The exercise: With an exhalation straighten the arms slowly, without changing the wrist. Fix for 1-2 seconds, and with an inhalation lower the arms slowly, placing body bar (barbell) on the breast. One repetition is an upturn and the lowering. In each set you should make 8-10 repetitions. 3 sets with a minute rest must be in every workout. It is important in the each set the last repetition must be made with great difficulty. Only these workouts help the growth of muscles.  

Exercise 2. Sitting on the training device
This exercise is performed with the training device.
Starting position: sitting on the training device correctly and firmly take up the handholds. Press the feet to the floor. An abdomen is tense. The shoulders are lowered and calm.
The exercise: With an exhalation slowly bring arms together, without changing the position of the wrist. Fix for 1-2 seconds, and with an inhalation slowly return in the original position. An each set is included 10-12 repetitions; you should make 3 sets for one workout. It is important in the each set the last repetition must be made with great difficulty.
The recommended rest time between repetitions is 1- 2 minutes. Better this time is spent in the stretching of the worked muscles. You must not stand or sit, because the rest would lead to the cooling of the muscles and then to the emergence of the injury.
In addition to the exercises you should carry out other procedures for keeping the beautiful form of the breast: pouring of the cold water and moisturizing of the skin breast with cream.
Regularly training, pouring of the cold water and using a good cream for the breast really help to keep a beautiful form and the soft skin of the breast to the old age.
