1.  Pick a goal that is simple and attainable. Work up to creating it as a habit. (It takes 21 days to form a habit)
2. Choose an overall realistic goal to work towards. Can this be achieved in a year’s time?
3. Make a vision board and post your goal and intentions!

      Thanks for sharing these tips!
      I keep an exercise journal and track my food a couple of times per week.
      What do you think of counting calories? I read different advice on this subject as "not all calories are created equal".
