Performing a detox or what I call a "nutritional cleanse" has a multitude of benefits for your body. One of the most exciting benefits is weight loss.

Unlike other weight loss methods, this one is actually good for your body. It helps to remove the harmful toxins that accumulate throughout your body after it has been exposed to them from your regular daily activities.

Many people do not realize that just by doing their regular, everyday routines, they are exposed to a array of situations in which toxins are present.

These include smog, and other substances in the air you breathe, chemicals that are used on the food you eat to help the crops resist disease and pests, as well as the chemicals, and other substances, used by food manufacturers to process the foods you eat to make them more shelf stable. A detox will help your body to achieve better health. In addition, it will also enable you to lose weight even as you rid your body of the harmful effects of your environment.

There are other types of toxins that you put into your body as well. You might not realize that these types of things that you consume can have a detrimental effect on the health of your body as well as your weight. Alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and drugs and even our fruits and vegetables, can all have a toxic effect on your body. To achieve the optimum health and weight that is right for you, a nutritional cleanse is a necessary first step.

A detox and cleanse of your body involves cutting out substances such as sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs. You will also need to eliminate processed foods as well. Replace these undesirable foods, such as the sugar laden and processed ones, with raw and natural foods. These foods are in their most natural states.

But that's just a start and can take a little more discipline in doing it on your own and can be a little intimidating and overwhelming.

If you are like most people, that would be a little to drastic of a lifestyle change for them to make. So to help you crossover to a healthier you and to jump start and get some quick results right out the gate, I highly recommend this Nutritional Cleansing program that has helped 1000s achieve success. I have seriously watched 1000s crossover and get results and never want to look back!

And not only do I coach others, but 5 years ago, the thought of being "toxic" never even crossed my mind. After cleansing, I released 7 lbs., 8 1/2 inches and 8% body fat in a 9 day program! You can imagine how excited I was, and so I jumped in referring others to the company because I knew so many people needed what I had just experienced.

So how you do you know if you need to do a "nutritional cleanse" like me?

Watch this video and find out "Are you Toxic" or not? And after you do, let me know if I can help you get started! I LOVE helping others through this process! ~Rose

    • Rose, you are so right about all the toxins we inadvertently take in every day. To your list I might add lipstick! When we wear mainstream commercial brands of lipstick, we are literally eating toxins. And as your movie showed, many brands of makeup, eye makeup, and skin “care” creams are filled with toxins that our bodies soak up.

Thank you for sharing this with us.

    • So true Suzann. From what I have read, we women inadvertently eat about 4 lbs of lipstick in a lifetime. It seems we are constantly bombarded with toxins. Yet another reason why cleansing needs to become part of our lives. So that we can keep our bodies functioning at it’s best. Thank you for sharing.
