Lately I noticed that when my dog went outside, he would chase something in the bushes. I just thought it was a rabbit.
Over the Spring Break my granddaughters came to visit. My oldest granddaughter, Cierrah, was sitting outside one night and as she came inside a cat followed her. My daughter chased the cat outside since I have a sensitivity to cats.
Well I took one look at this beautiful little creature and did not have the heart to put her out. She would come inside but was very cautious. Finally, I had the opportunity to check her paws. She was declawed so I knew that she would not be able to defend herself outside. The next thing I did was purchase cat food and well you know the rest of the story!!!
She is now part of the family! It is funny how animals know who to “adopt“!! She could not have adopted a better family if I say so myself!!! Here is some photos of her.....by the way the type of cat is a “tuxedo cat“. Guess you can tell why!!
Gorgeous cat. Yes, cats are great people. We’ve had roommates that say they want to come back as one of our animals. We have 2 tuxedos, a tabby and a black lab. My life would she be empty without these guys.

I had a tuxedo cat and she was just wonderful. She was smart and funny and very affectionate. Paris, I’m so glad you took her in. I don’t know if your sensitivity is allergies but I have horrible allergies and I know I shouldn’t have a cat in the house - but I can’t resist.
She is a lovely cat! Very vocal.
I bought a litter box for her last night. She looked at it and scratched the litter. This morning I checked and she had used it!!
Isn’t it funny how they know what it is for!!
Yes I am allergic to cats and really did not want another one. I had one for 12 years. She is actually as big as my Yorkie!!! He still doesn’t know what to make of her.
