Did you eat too much over the holidays? Is one of your resolutions to lose weight? Are you bigger than you want to be? Want to lose weight and keep it off? If you are answering “yes” to these questions take my _*I Love My Body Tele-Class* that start on January 28, Wednesday, at 6 pm PT (class will be 60-90 minutes and will go for 4 consecutive Wednesdays).

Sign-up by January 21 for just $68 for all 4 classes (otherwise it is $104). There will be room for up to 10 women. The classes will be recorded and you can listen to them if you can’t make a class. There will be helpful homework to keep you on track.

I have taught a 2 sets of I Love My Body to women in my area. This will be the first time that I am doing the series as a tele-class. I have lost 30 pounds using EFT, to get rid of the programing that kept me bigger than I wanted to be for most of my life.
