After a long hard talk with myself and seeing how it is so beneficial for me to lose the weight I have truly been determined to do it! LOSE WEIGHT! As I sat and watched Oprah's show today which her guest was Jennifer Hudson and her family who all joined her in losing weight through joining Weight Watcher's they in total lost nearly 2000 pounds which like Oprah said equaled out to be over a ton of fat. Wow!ohhhh
I know I can do this and I am going to do it, one of Jennifer’s aunts hadn’t worn a dress in over 20 years because of her weight but when she lost the weight she got a makeover and looked marvelous and was so full of confidence. I am determined and I know I can do this. I too want, to get back in a size 16. I know with my body type and my bone structure trying to get any smaller would just look crazy on me lol.
But I can do 16 again and look just as Marvelous as any next-top model.

My hubby has no idea I’m trying to do this all he knows is that I’m trying my hand at the gym membership but he has no clue that I am really focusing on losing as much as I have said I wanted to lose. I have seen into the fashion future for the Spring 2011 lineup of clothes and colors and this girlfriend has got to be in the running for the hot fashions to come. So Yesssssssssss I’m working at getting gorgeous for the 2011 summer season hook line but no sinker lol.happyheart

    • Neicy I know you are focusing on the whole picture.... I really suggest that you focus on one meal and one day at a time. Add up the days you succeed and you will feel more motivated.  

      I know when I started trying to change my medical future I had to break it down. Otherwise it was TOO overwhelming and TOO much. So here it is almost 3 years later and I am down 23 lbs. Yes I would liked to have lost more but it’s 23 lbs I have NOT regained. Breaking habits are not easy. And when you are trying to change a lot of habits it is easier to fail.

      So one meal and one day at a time my sister!

    • Ok so with my current illness I was knocked off track but I’m getting back on track as of the beginning of next week I told my husband last night that I wanted to lose weight and that I needed him to be a supporter for me by NOT bringing all that junk food into the house and help me make better food choices so he has said he would cheer me on and work along with me we‘re going to go to the gym and take walks and eat right he has lost weight in the past from him being a diabetic and has kept it off so he is going to try to get me to eat like he does oh boyohhhh. (Jesus be a fence lol).
