Well, let me intorduce myself. My name is Toni and I recently joined Weight Watchers. (9/16/06) I am creating this blog to keep myself accountable for my effort and my loss. I want to keep track of my progress. I decided to start off on the CORE program, and so far this plan works for me. I have weigh in on Saturday. My week howver starts on Sunday. I try to stay strickly on core thru out my week, Sun-Fri and then I allow myself the 35 flex points for Sat, after weigh in. (an award for losing weight)

So, weekly I will update the site and share my loss/gain and struggles thru out my week. I have a few goals that I need to maintain also.Thanks for stopin' by. Please feel free to chck back in.
