Happy Friday fabulous women heart

I was listening to this song that has been such a powerful source in my own life but as I listened to the words I started to wonder...is the answer really that simple?  To just believe and you can get strength to go through anything?  The link to the song is below....

What are your thoughts?

    • Well if you looked at every single person who had made it in some form you would see they all had one common denominator – focus , and self determination and belief – most folk are held back by a small voice in their head saying "no you can't do it" ...... so yes it is that simple in my opinion

    • I just posted a quote somewhere (sadly I can’t remember where) and it basically said if you aim at nothing you get nothing. I think most people do aim just some more than others....

    • If it were that simple Vikki then why are so many women depressed to the point of having to take medication. I've come to know that it takes effort to believe in ourselves but with sound and positive support from others around us we can do miracles when we believe. Blessings.

    • Miamor I couldn’t agree with you more, it does take effort to believe because everything in this world tells us that in order to believe we have to see results now.  I think the strength to believe in ourselves fully comes with age for sure but positive support from others around us is a must! I have decided that I will not be around people that are not going in the same direction as me.  Not to say that I will not reach a hand to help at any given time but when it comes to my intimate circles we have to be on the same page and going in the same direction.  Misery loves company we all know that!  Thank you for responding!  Have a fabulous evening and a Blessed day of worship tomorrowestatic

    • Hi Vicki the older I get the more I realize how important it is to aim at something several things actually!  It may take years to get there but one day I will, I have been in a place where I struggled more times than I care to admit but when I stopped long enough to look up and refocus my aim things turned around.  Believing for me has come second nature now and the older I get the easier it getsestatic  Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

    • It is that simple! Sometimes we just make things harder than they really are (and YES I do too!).
I do believe that if you get in the habit of aiming with easier things 1st and build your confidence you are more prepared to for the more challenging thingshappy
