With my diet. I cant wait until i get my MRI and follow up with the ortho so we can address the pain in my neck and back. I am going with good ol’ calorie counting for now...will add exercise soon and weighed in at 247 the last time i was at my family doc.  For the last 2 weeks I have not gone over 2000 calories a day. If you go by the old formula where 15 calories for every pound of body weight will maintain your weight, then I have saved myself 23,800 calories in the last 2 weeks. That is with absolutely no exercise because of being sick. I dont have a scale either but the look in my face, hands and feet is incredible.I can feel the difference, just wish i could enjoy it without the pain. My MRI is Friday...hoping we are just looking at pt and traction..that is what the doctor thinks so Im praying for that outcome. My blood pressure is still high but has been running lower so that is a plus. Im coming along ladies. My prescription for resting  ends tomorrow...dont know if Im ready to jump back into all the craziness but i dont have much choice...I have to get on with my life!
