I have a love-hate relationship with food!! If I buy the healthy stuff and actually take time to cook it, everyone raves about the “gourmet meal” and I feel as though I am doing something good for my family.
It just gets so hectic some days, that I just don’t have the energy to cook! With soccer practice and basketball and baseball... tutoring after school... it is so easy to order in or go through the drive-through!
I feel so guilty...thinking of all the fat and calories I’ve just consumed and then exercise like crazy for days afterward!
My biggest downfall is potato chips ( especially Utz Brand and the curly ones)...if they are in the house, they will find a way to my mouth...LOL
