I just wanted to stop by and say Hi and let you guys know what a WONDERFUL community this is and how happy I am to be apart of it.

I originally found this site a couple of years ago when I was unaware how turning 40 simply changes your life, mindset and yes hormones! When I first joined I was a little intimidated about sharing because i did not think that I had anything to share that anyone would actually read. Well, what can I say other than “time brings about a change“.

During my absence I have been searching and have found that we all have something to share and contribute to one another. It is our connection to each other that allow us to inspire and encourage in times of need. So I decided to take the plunge and here I am.
