estatic It seems that it has been a long road for me in this weight-loss battle, I joined a new gym in January and has been faithfully going 4-5 times a week. I got used to going and was enjoying the workouts and the people I’ve met along the way.I even workout with my Fitbit One Tracker which is a blessing to me. Then I began to get discouraged because it seemed like I wasn’t losing any weight. I thought my metabolism had died on me or something so last month while visiting my doctor I shared with him about my workouts and how I wasn’t seeing any results from my hard work. He told me to change my calorie intake amount and so I did. After a month a went to see him today and lo’ and behold I’ve lost 7lbs. Yaaaay!!!! I am so happy and I was about to give up. Now I have faith in my meal plan and my workouts. I’m going to get to that goal, but in the meantime it’s work, work, work!estatic
