    • I felt bad when I read your Lack of response on here. So I read your blog and you want to know why you don’t get any response well. I will share my opinion and how I feel about this. I think that your trying to sell me your books. I don’t want to buy your books I don’t know enough about them to spend my hard earn money. Perhaps you should post what your book is about creat interest. Make me what your book. Make me NEED your book. It sound more like an ad than a blog. I was on the Oprah is dead blog and it got so many hits in two day it is almost silly. Someone on that blog mentioned a book “what to say when talking to yourself” it was mentioned causally and several people remarked on it so I went out and bought it for 9.99. This will be my reading this weekend. Your are an artist and a writer you should be able to persuade me to want, need your product. The minute I read Spiritual in the same sentence as business. I get nervus. Come in a little softer there is an interest in what you have to say but you have to say it first in order for us to want and need to learn more. I hope you are not offened by my take on this. It is only my opinion and what the hell do I know about the human mind. I just know what makes me want to read something, listen to someone or especailly buy something.
      Good Luck.

    • I agree with what40 said. People don’t expect to have to respond to a sales pitch and frankly don’t want to. You want to start a group, but it hinges on the purchase of your book? It’s all about networking, making friends, giving back, etc. I too have a business (actually two) and have a product to sell...but no sales pitch from me.

    • First of all im selling the book for less than retail and i wasnt giving a “pitch” but starting a support and networking group for creative women who wish to start or are in creative business.

But i appreciate your input “what40” very much so.

I was rather hasty in my posts, and didnt realize i came off |“pitchy”

Also, if any of you know of the best selling book “The Secret” and its subsequent movie, spirituality has a strong basis in successful business. In fact some of our greatest business minds make strong spiritual beliefs ( not religious ) the core of their business. The Law of Attraction is just real and it works, for or against you, regardless of your beliefs, so its best to know its principles so that you gain from its power.

      Cheers,
      Skye

    • Hello KMChenny,
What business do you do? I would love to have the courage to do my own business. I find that I am a great cheerleader but I don’t have an idea on how to play the game. I would love to be someone with an idea and set it to motion. I tend to be fearless but in my case I don’t have anything to be fearless with. I was in retail management for years. I made alot of money for my former employer. I got burnt out with retail and know I have what I call a silly job and I’m open to everything and anything. I want to own my business so badly I can taste it but I don’t know the flavor I want.
      I must sound crazy.

    • What40 you dont sound crazy at all, in fact many women/entrepreneurs have earned other people a lot of money, but have a burning desire ( after possibly having burnt out ) to work for themselves, but just dont know where to start, thats where I can help.

Well, “The Law of Attraction” is a very deep universal principal which is deeply linked to the power of our thoughts and how they create our reality - our businesses, our lives, our relationships etc. Many people often think they have “Bad luck” if things dont seem to go their way, but the true reason is that they have set themselves and their lives up for failure because they think they have “bad luck” or are doomed to fail at some conscious or unconscious level.

Change your thoughts, and you can really change your life and start creating a life of what you truly want, including using one of natures most powerful, human tools - our imagination.
