I’m really stepping out of my comfort zone here. I gave it a lot of thought....no kids at home. I work at home and can get to the grocery store, the doctor and the dentist in an emergency if I need to. I do mostly everything on the internet. And I watched it sit for the last two months while thinking all this over.

I always was a big power walker anyway. Just rollin with the new age punches.

    • I say go for it Ladybug, we haven’t been thinking about getting rid of wheels all together but we have been thinking about getting a scooter because I too work from home, my husband works 2 miles away, I figure we can buzz around on the weekend on a scooter.

    • I think whatever we can do (as a country...heck the world) we need to do it.  Just think if we all walked to at least one place a week what we would save in energy. I say if you can do it....go for it Ladybug.

    • It’s not just the savings....working at home has many perks but I don’t get past the mail box most days. When I worked a JOB I made sure to power walk 6 miles a day no less than 3 days per week. Now I’m on the computer before I really wake up in the morning and after I put my p.j.s on at night.
Exercise was a large part of my decision. Now I’m forced to exercise.
