Hello everyone, hope your having a wonderful weekend.  Well, am new to this but seen the subject of Midlife Changes and boy am I getting ready to deal with one.  As most of you know, one of the biggest changes is letting go as you watch your child go off to college. Mine will be doing that too.  She is our only one and a young 17 who I will admit we have spoiled to a point. Strong minded with a soft heart & very independent.  You get to a point in this change and wonder if they are ready to deal with this big world & its dangers.  Asking yourself, have I taught her enough, prepared her for what she is going to face, will they be cautious, not take things at face value as well as the people she meets *specially guys*.  Ahhhh, the worries I already have and she isn’t even gone..lol

    • Yes it is such a big change. I worried too when my girls went out on their own but they did great. You’ve got the summer left with her, enjoy and get ready for new adventures for you both!
