I couldn’t sleep the other night and was wonder why I couldn’t sleep.  Then I realized that my mind was not with me...I was thinking of many things at the same time.  How could I sleep if my mind was not with me?  So I just checked my breath and started to think of ‘Buddh’ breath in and ‘Dho’ breath out.  The term ‘Buddho’ is another name of Buddha.  I felt to sleep in less than...I didn’t even recall because it happened so fast.  Now I know when my mind is not with me...how can I be with you, really listen to you to get your message or enjoy anything that I do at the present time.  I stop when I say hello to people and wait until they response before walking.  I sit down and have my meal with reading any magazine or do anything else just enjoy my food even put down my fork everytime.  Life is more relax this way.  :)
