Hi,
I am the author of the article on ‘How to Understand the Other Half of the Population‘. I would love to know what you think? In it I cite some research that shows men continually interrupt women, whatever their relative status. Is this true of your experiences?
I know when I am working with mixed groups the message they send out are very different and I notice that in mixed groups men are usually more vocal and tend to interrupt women who are speaking (although funnily enough they rarely interrupt me).
What have you noticed? "":[Link Removed]

    • Yes and they will contradict what your saying as well...

Is this a control/power issue with men or what?

You either can look petty by arguing back with him, which is uncomfortable for everyone there. Or be quiet and be the butt of jokes, while he thinks he is being funny.
