I am sitting here trying to get through yet another day.  It has been another hard day.  I lost my son Elliot 2/19/2009.  He was profoundly disabled and a real special angel of God!  Elliot was 30 but was unable to walk, talk, or do anything for himself....but I loved him so much and he had a smile that could brighten even the darkest day. Although he was 30 he need me for everything in his life and now some how my life seems rather empty. I hold comfort in that he is suffering no more...so I guess my hard days are of my hurting and pain.  Will it ever get better? Keep me and my family in your prayers we are all hurting. Thank you!

    • I am sorry - sad to say, the hurt will always be there but your coping skill will be better.  I am sure, need me to say no more, that he came to this world for a reason and his mission has accomplished.  So he is at a better place.  Those are touched by him will always remember the joy, the courage, the strength, the cross he bared.  Wish I had more words of comfort to say .... hugs.

    • I’m so sorry. His sweet spirit is in heaven but I know that your feeling of loss is indescribable. There are no words that can heal you, only time. But he will forever live in your heart and your memories. What a wonderful and loving mother you are. Your devotion to your beloved son will not go unnoticed and I know that God will bless you for the rest of your life.
