My Uncle Jim Shaffer is now 73 and still body building.
He has won many awards: is seen on health magazines and was subject of a newsation.
He is an inspiration to me.. to keep going no matter what!
Uncle Jim is my mom’s brother..am so proud of him.
My uncle lives in Florida.. and use to visit once a year
and is one of my favorite uncle..I remember he use to
have a dog named “peanuts” ..He is also a very good
artist; Paints and drawings

He is youthful
and has this strange diet..which doesn’t include red meat
..I am not ocmpetely sure of it all .. I do remember
him saying wheatgerm..spirulina etc..but its all health
stuff;)

Isn’t it.. 73 .. He manages a gym.. participates
in contests and I often wonder how he does it at
an age when most people are retired.
