Yesterday I posted a question of what would you do if your husband call you fat and I got alot of backup from you ladies. Its started when my friend’s husband called her fat and, she almost crying told me about it.
She wants to loose weigh, so I told her to start eating well and healthy and maybe walking, honestly she is BIG; so she has to start slowly. She wanted me to come and start a walk and dance routine, so I did it yesterday but Surprise!! She isn’t that fat/big just b/c; she has hypothyroid and lupus and, stopped any treatment. There are two more reasons for her to be at this weight stage. Anyway, when we were walking I told her how beatiful she is from inside-outside, she has a pretty face and a wonderful long hair. Her innerself it is amazing. When she told me about her diseases and that she stopped any treatment I was amazed. Why did you do that? Both of these diseases are very serious, then she said she has been suffering stress and depression, sometimes she wants to die.
I mentioned her that isn’t she start treatment again is going to get worse, that she need treatment to control her hypothyroid and lupus eachother side effect is weigh gain, depression, etc.
After a long and slow walk, she told me that she felt better just talking and that she is going back to treatment ASAP; I hugged her so tight and thank her for this decision she made just for herself, innerself, self-esteem.
We didn’t dance, we just got at her home and kept talking and then we were watching her husband while he was washing the SUV and making fun of his big butt. :)
This morning I got a text mssg from her blessing me and thanking me and I text her back, Hey wonderful pretty woman, get ready because tonight we are going to loose it baby!! :) Oh yeah!
