My Easter Sunday started off great!!!!!!!!!!, but ended up not so great. First, my husband and I went to Church, then after Church, everyone was meeting at our house for dinner. That’s when things went crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everybody was having a good time, the kids were out in the back running and playing while the women were cooking and the men were just being men. Until, in walks my cousin and her MARRIED boyfriend. I knew that she was coming, but she didn’t tell me she was bringing him along. So of course, I pull her to the side and ask her why is he here and not with his family. She knows that I don’t like him nor do I condone what they are doing. My husband can tell by the expression on my face that I’m about to go off!!!!!!!!! So he kindly asks the guy to leave. My cousin was upset, but she didn’t really try to make an argument out of it. She stayed and ended up having a very goood time without him there. But she did let me know that she thought that I was wrong for not letting him stay. My husband and I feel like we were not wrong for asking him to leave since we don’t like him. What do you think, should we have let him stay or did we do the right thing? I’m hoping that maybe she will get the message and get him out of her life for good.

    • Your right why was he not with his family and if his marriage is bad he should be either sorting it out or getting a divorce ....... it sounds like he had a lot of nerve coming over to a family gathering and not being with his own – has he children.
This would have upset me as well .........

    • I totally agree with you and your hubby’s decision to ask him to leave it really wasn’t the matter of you not liking him to me, but its the principal of the whole thing, here it is a man who is married ok what he and she does in their private life thats between them, but to bring it around others NOT cool. It sends a bad signal like you‘re all ok with the cheating thing so I applaud you both for handling it the way you did and as you said hopefully your cousin will see that its not cute nor is it a good thing and will walk away from the relationship.
