Are you one of those women who has a "significant other" who can't seem to remember the important dates?

When my husband and I were dating, I used to always complain that he didn't remember the important dates like:

1) Where we were the first time we kissed and what time;

2) the first candlelight dinner

3) the first movie we ever saw together

4) the first time we went to church together

5) the first trip we took together

Now he should know these things right?Well, much to my surprise he actually remembered a date I had forgotten: The first time we met on-line. To tell you the truth, I hadn't even thought about it. But the fact that he did was so impressive! He actually remembered we met on line on November 9. He contacted me after seeing my profile. We actually sat and reminicsed about his thoughts at the time and the long hours we spent on the telephone leading up to our first face-to-face a week later. Five years later we got married. (06/03/06)

I went back and pulled out all of the old emails he sent me (I saved them all for a future book). And yes, he was right. I have the very first email he ever sent me.

My husband remembered...but I forgot...SHAME ON ME!

Peace & Blessings,

Beverly Mahone
