I’m new with this blogging so forgive for beginnners mistakes.  

Let me tell you about myself. I’m nearly fourty, married, three children, now 10, 12 and 14 y.o’s. In the past 6 years ago a gave up all my exeercising hence I thougt that my kids are so little and I need to be at home when I get home from work. I woke up one day four years ago and found out I’m turning into fourty and I’m going to need change. I was overweight with lot of knee problems and stress. I started figure skating hense my daughters were skating and I could do it at the same time. Then little by little I started adding some “power” walking with sticks. Last summer I was in stage where I tought walking wasn’t enough and started jogging with one minute periods in three times a week. Later at autumn figure skating started again and I had to end my new hobby...jogging. Istead I started visiting at a gym twice a week in circuit classes. when 2010 begun, I added one circuit lesson and later started to jog again. Now skating has ended and my weekly schedule encludes three times a week jogging and three visits to gym. Now I’m fit to jog 5 km.  

Because I have a weight problem, I tryed simultaneously loose some weight. But I ended up just eating too little and didn’t loose any weight. I started to visit monthly at nutrition specialist and now I’ve been able to loose 7 kg in 6 months.  I have made some adjustement with my eating, new recipies and so on.  

What I’m trying to tell you is how much I have changed my live last few year. I’m very happy with these changes and I m’ going to continue with these but I feel like I’m still missing something but what? I’m not aiming into divorse or something like that. I just feel like I still need some change. Maybe this blog keeping would be a way to fill my void? Any Ideas? Feel free to comment!
